About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, value creation, and strategic planning. This is a front-row position, not a back-office role, and the successful candidate will be the right hand to the CFO, with a mandate to lead corporate and venue-level FP&A, and strategic planning. The VP of Finance will be responsible for the company's 3-statement financial model, forecasts, and long-range plans, and will lead cross-functional efforts to improve Adj. EBITDA, cash flow, and returns. The role demands a leader with deep expertise in corporate FP&A and operational finance, a strong command of 3-statement modeling, and a proven ability to deliver insights at the Board level. Experience in a private equity-backed, multi-unit, or high-growth consumer/entertainment business is preferred, and the role requires a candidate who can operate with PE-grade rigor and is comfortable with the demands of a high-accountability environment. The ideal candidate for the VP of Finance position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or CPA strongly preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive finance experience. They should be adept at leading and developing finance teams, with a focus on building a high-performance finance organization. The role also involves direct partnership with the CFO on major decisions, exposure to the Board, and leading strategic finance and capital allocation. The candidate must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to evaluate investments and resource allocations, and have a strong partnership with legal, tax, and external advisors. Executive presence, strong judgment, and a leadership style that emphasizes urgency, ownership, and high standards are essential.
