The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic business partner and lead all financial aspects of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management across the rapidly growing omnichannel retail business. This executive leader will drive the enterprise-wide financial strategy, providing actionable insights to support profitable growth across various sales channels. Key responsibilities include partnering with the executive team to develop and execute long-term financial strategy, leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing financial leadership for growth initiatives and strategic projects. The role also involves supporting financial performance across retail stores, e-commerce, and other sales channels, and overseeing inventory planning and working capital management. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a retail, omnichannel, consumer products, or multi-location environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management, as well as a strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and customer profitability metrics. The role requires a leader who can build and mentor a high-performing finance organization, establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and promote best practices in financial modeling, reporting, and business analysis. The Vice President of Finance will also be expected to serve as a trusted advisor to various business functions and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
