About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead all commercial activities, with a focus on enterprise sales to major health systems and hospital groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract execution, and will be instrumental in building and refining a go-to-market strategy for enterprise hospital sales. This role requires the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes and to partner with the co-founders to ensure alignment between sales strategy, product development, and company goals. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with establishing early-stage sales infrastructure and representing the company at various industry events. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of enterprise healthcare sales experience, a proven track record in selling hospital software, and deep familiarity with hospital operations. Experience as an early commercial hire in a growth-stage company, a player-coach mentality, and a strong understanding of hospital IT environments and compliance processes are essential. The role demands a candidate who is willing to travel regularly and who holds a Bachelor's degree or has equivalent experience, with a clinical or operational healthcare background being a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading a team, managing and developing sales resources, and will be passionate about the impact of technology on patient care and operational efficiency.
