ENT Opportunity in Miami, Florida CLIENT WELCOMES LOCAL PRACTICING DOCS OR FELLOWS! Client in Miami area is looking for an ENT who is fluent in Spanish. Group is a leading healthcare services provider serving Medicare patients with several state‑of‑the‑art clinics. The group is expanding and needs another doctor. The candidate should also perform surgery and be comfortable with a geriatric patient base (most patients are 71 years old and up). This is an outpatient practice with no admitting. The group has very little turnover and values long‑term dedication. Requirements Fluent Spanish speaking Experience performing ENT surgery Comfortable with geriatric patient population Patient and caring, able to provide personal attention in a busy schedule Will use EMR daily; training will be provided Benefits Vacation beginning the first year of employment Paid sick days and personal days Paid holidays Health insurance for all employees; the company covers the cost of the employee’s coverage 401k program with dollar‑for‑dollar matching up to 3.5% Pay for performance program with quarterly incentive for performance excellence Opportunity to earn annual increases based on performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Doctor's Choice Placement Services, Inc
