Tasting Room Associate - Kenwood, CA

Position: Tasting Room Associate Location: Amapola Creek and B.Wise Tasting Lounge, Kenwood, CA Join us in creating memorable wine experiences and sharing the best of Amapola Creek and B.Wise Vineyards with our guests. We will be working with both brands in the same space. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests to the Amapola Creek and B.Wise Tasting Lounge with enthusiasm and warmth. Conduct wine tastings, educate guests about Amapola Creek and B.Wise wines, and provide exceptional customer service. Pour wine with attention to detail, ensuring a memorable tasting experience for guests. Promote and sell Amapola Creek and B.Wise wines to customers, including wine club memberships. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room and outdoor areas. Assist with event coordination and execution, including private tastings, wine club events, and special gatherings. Conduct inventory management, restock wine bottles, and handle cash transactions accurately. Uphold the brand image and values of Amapola Creek Winery and B.Wise Vineyards at all times. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Previous customer service experience preferred. Passion for wine and eagerness to learn about different grape varietals and wine-making processes. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of guests Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work weekends and some holidays as needed. Enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
