Construction Litigation Associate

Our national law firm client is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to support its California construction practice. This is a strong opportunity for a litigator who wants to gain hands‑on experience in construction-related disputes while working remotely within California. Role Overview The associate will assist with litigation matters involving construction disputes and related commercial issues. Responsibilities may include managing case files, drafting motions, handling discovery, preparing for depositions, supporting trial preparation, and working closely with attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process. Prior construction litigation experience is helpful, but the firm is also open to strong litigators who are interested in learning and building a construction-focused practice.
