Field Service Technician

Smart Soda is a rapidly growing beverage technology company providing innovative hydration, coffee, soda, sparkling water, wellness, and micro-dosing beverage solutions to Fortune 500 companies, foodservice operators, hospitality groups, airports, micro-markets, and national distributors. We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair beverage dispensing systems throughout North America. Requirements Mandatory experience with beverage dispensing equipment Experience with soda fountains, coffee systems, water filtration, carbonation systems, vending equipment, or foodservice equipment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to travel up to 75% Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently Comfortable working in corporate offices, foodservice environments, hospitality venues, and customer facilities Preferred Experience Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Cornelius, Lancer, BUNN, Follett, Canteen, Aramark, Compass Group, vending, coffee service, or water treatment experience Plumbing, refrigeration, filtration, or food equipment experience RFID, IoT, POS, or connected equipment experience Responsibilities Install Smart Soda beverage systems Perform preventive maintenance and service calls Diagnose and resolve technical issues Train customer personnel Document installations and service activity Support pilots, trade shows, and customer demonstrations Compensation Performance bonuses Company tools and equipment If you have beverage dispensing experience and enjoy travel, customer interaction, and solving technical challenges, we would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
