Field Service Technician

We are seeking motivated Account Managers to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a sales territory through cold calling, B2B prospecting, and servicing existing accounts. You’ll build strong customer relationships while helping clients maintain inventory and equipment, place orders, and identify solutions that improve their facilities. Position Summary The Service Specialist is responsible for delivering superior service to assigned accounts in alignment with company goals, standards, and customer requirements. This role supports customers through routine service visits, equipment maintenance, product management, and ongoing training to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
