Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through our telehealth services. With a strong emphasis on innovation and flexibility, our team utilizes electronic health record systems like AVATAR to document client interactions and treatment plans efficiently. Regular team meetings via video conferencing help maintain communication and support collaboration among colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and preliminary interviews, documenting all relevant case details from the first consultation through the completion of treatment.

• Assess clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health to create holistic treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
\n
• Design and implement individualized intervention and recovery strategies for individuals, couples, families, and various groups.
\n
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches that foster healing and resilience.
\n
• Monitor client progress consistently, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, especially those requiring hospitalization.

• Identify at-risk behaviors and work proactively to mitigate any issues that may hinder recovery.
\n
• Provide support and guidance to family members and primary caregivers, equipping them with strategies to address mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. The role requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each individual or group. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
\n
• Successful completion of the NCE and/or NCMHCE exams.
\n
• Strong record of prior experience as a mental health counselor.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, is an asset.
\n
• In-depth understanding of mental health issues, including emotional and physical conditions and addiction disorders.
\n
• Knowledge of best practices as per the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside exceptional interpersonal abilities.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.

• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A sign-on bonus is also available to new hires.
