Whitecap Search is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our creative team. This role is integral to our brand partnerships and programming, requiring a hands-on approach to drive creative concepts from inception to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence in the room and the ability to maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence in the room and the ability to maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables. Responsibilities: Lead concepting and execution for brand partnership pitches, from first idea through pitch deck. Set and develop creative direction for activations across spatial, visual, and narrative. Direct content capture for events and campaigns (building shot lists, brief photo and video vendors, review cuts, etc.). Hold the line on quality across every deliverable that leaves the building. Steward the brand across retail, café, gallery, and events. Manage a small internal design team plus freelance and vendor talent. Requirements: At least 7 years in creative leadership at an agency, brand studio, or in-house brand team. Portfolio with real experiential and brand partnership work, in addition to campaign or digital. Comfortable art directing on set and reviewing edits, not only briefing others. Strong client presence. Can hold a room with a brand marketing lead. Fluent in the culture we sit in (Streetwear, running and outdoor, food, music, Brooklyn). Thrives with limited resources and short timelines.
