Shifts: 1.0 FTE Rotating; Primarily M-F dayshift; may rotate to weekends and night shift as needed.


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN for a Post Anesthetic Care Unit (PACU) travel assignment in Morgantown, WV. With a focus on both adult and pediatric care, this role fully immerses nurses in a dynamic, acute setting. Nurses will rotate throughout pre-op, PACU, Phase II, and other related departments, enabling a broad range of experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

• Provide care and support in Pre-op, PACU, Phase II, and other designated areas
• Manage patient care with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3 in Pre-op and Phase II, and 1:2 in PACU
• Supervise and collaborate with Patient Care Assistants (PCAs)
• Administer and monitor anesthetic recovery for both adult and pediatric cases
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and read strips as required

Requirements of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

• Active RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Prior experience in a Level 1 trauma PACU preferred
• Experience with EPIC Charting System
• Proficiency with RT equipment including vents, CPAP, and BiPAP
