Position Shift Leader What’s a day in the life Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They empower the team to set the morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching when needed, and open and close the store with little supervision. They help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you have the opportunity to grow your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders or Team Members.
