We are a subsidiary of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG), a FinTech holding company with three business segments: Progressive Leasing, Purchasing Power (a leading employee purchase program for consumer products and services using payroll deduction), and Four, a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platform.\*\*\***This role is a PPC role\*\*\***We’re looking for a **Vendor Compliance Specialist** to own vendor performance for Purchasing Power’s dropship program. This role builds and maintains proactive vendor partnerships, ensures compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and drives corrective actions to support a seamless customer experience. **WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:*** Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors* Verify order processing aligns with SLAs* Review reports to identify compliance gaps* Analyze vendor performance data* Partner with teams to improve performance* Support corrective action plans* Conduct vendor audits* Prepare performance reporting* Escalate issues as needed* Maintain compliance records* Support vendor onboarding* Update SOPs and guidelines* Identify process improvements**WHAT YOU BRING:*** Bachelor’s degree preferred* 1–3 years relevant experience* Ecommerce or dropship experience preferred* Familiarity with vendor tools/platforms* Strong Excel skills* Strong communication skills* Ability to work cross-functionally* Detail-oriented and organized* AI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time.
