Job Opportunity – OB/GYN Advanced Practice Provider – Michigan

Schedule: Clinic coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, every other week rotation. Outpatient volume of 18-25 patients per day. No call or weekend requirements.

Requirements:

• Board Certification in OB/GYN – Required
• Active Michigan state license – Required
• ACLS and BLS certification – Required
• Active DEA registration – Required
• Clean background and malpractice history
• Current immunization records: Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella (vaccine series or immune titer), current flu vaccine, COVID documentation, TB (within 12 months), TDAP (within 10 years)
