As the Project Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, job costing, and project controls within the construction industry. With your expertise in accounting and finance, you will support the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Perform job costing analysis to track project profitability
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reporting
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate project invoicing and billing
• Assist in monthly closing procedures and financial statement preparation
• Conduct analysis on financial data and support decision-making processes

Essential Job Functions:

• Utilize your exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Multitask like a pro to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Show off your advanced MS Excel skills to analyze financial data
• Demonstrate proficiency in Viewpoint ERP software (preferred)

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of two years of accounting, job costing, and project controls experience
• Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced MS Excel skills
