Manufacturing Supervisor, Material Management (2nd Shift 4PM to 12AM Mon-Fri)

Manufacturing supervisor for material management at a pharmaceutical facility, overseeing a 12-person team on second shift. Responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and cGMP compliance while managing inventory, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 12 material technicians supporting manufacturing operations
- Maintain 100% training compliance in FDA-regulated environment
- Analyze staffing needs and coordinate activities for 24/7 production operation
- Review production documentation for completeness and ensure quality deviation investigations
- Develop and update standard operating procedures and maintain inventory accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Eight or more years manufacturing and production process experience
- GMP standards and quality systems knowledge
- Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and scheduling systems
- Strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Multi-shift management experience (preferred)
