Now Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Manufacturing) - Tulsa, OK Wedlake Enclosure Systems is growing and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring for our production and skilled trades teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can recruit, move candidates through quickly, and support daily hiring needs on the floor. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for production and skilled trades roles Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews Partner with hiring managers to fill open positions quickly Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach Extend offers and manage pre-employment steps (drug screen, background check) Track hiring activity and maintain recruiting reports What We’re Looking For 3+ years of recruiting experience (manufacturing or high-volume preferred) Ability to manage multiple openings at once Effective communication and follow‑up skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment Preferred Experience Recruiting welders, assemblers, or other skilled trades Hiring events and community recruiting Experience with ATS systems (iCIMS a plus) Why Wedlake?
