What you’ll be doing The Talent Attraction Specialist will source and recruit candidates to fill temporary, temporary‑to‑hire, and/or direct‑hire finance, office, and other professional positions for a variety of moderately complex, complex, and specialized client accounts. This role requires a sense of urgency, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to match candidates with their dream organizations and careers. We offer unlimited opportunities for career growth. About you Bachelor's degree preferred, or three (3) years of professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
