Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Billing Specialist to join a growing team in the construction/accounting industry.
Responsibilities Include:
• Generate and distribute invoices based on contract terms
• Review contracts to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
• Track project costs, labor hours, materials, and vendor invoices
• Monitor payment statuses and assist with collections
• Resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries
• Prepare billing reports and maintain audit records
• Update customer and project information in accounting software
• Qualifications:
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of related billing/accounting experience
• Knowledge of Sage 100 and basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
