Requirements Answer and screen incoming prospective client calls. Schedule consultations with the attorney best suited for the matter and the client's availability. Build rapport with potential clients and effectively communicate the value of the firm. Listen carefully, identify key issues, and exercise sound judgment during intake conversations. Maintain a professional, personable, and empathetic phone presence. Work independently, think critically, and handle sensitive conversations with confidence.
