Job Description
TITLE
Registered Nurse - Cardiac

SCHEDULE
Nights, 12 hours, 36 per week

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

REQUIREMENTS
- Current nursing license
- Experience in telemetry monitoring and care of step-down cardiac patients
- Ability to manage specialty IV drips

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Monitor and assess patients for changes in condition, especially related to cardiac care.
- Administer medications and specialty IV drips as required for patient care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility policies and procedures.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Orientation details will be provided upon hiring.
- Background checks and drug screens will be conducted as per facility policy.
