Commercial B2B Sales Executive (Outside Sales)

In this role, your focus will be 100% dedicated to new business acquisition, local networking, and closing recurring commercial accounts. In this role, your focus will be 100% dedicated to new business acquisition, local networking, and closing recurring commercial accounts. Why This Position Is Different Pure Sales Focus: You sell, close, and earn. Once the contract is executed, our operations team takes over 100% of onboarding, scheduling, staffing, and account management. You don't get bogged down in operational headaches. Uncapped Commission & Short Sales Cycles: B2B service contracts close in weeks, not months. Earn competitive commissions on top-line contract value with no caps on your income. Territory Autonomy: Flexible, field-based role covering key commercial hubs across Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Greenwood, and surrounding metro areas. What You’ll Do Prospect & Connect: Initiate contact with facility managers, property managers, office managers, and business owners through direct outreach, networking, and drop-ins. Site Walkthroughs: Conduct on-site facility walkthroughs to evaluate scope, square footage, floor types, and service requirements. Present & Close: Prepare and present winning proposals for recurring commercial cleaning and specialty services. Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline of active prospects and opportunities within our CRM. Seamless Handoff: Partner with our operations team to hand off signed contracts for onboarding. What We Are Looking For Experience: 1–3+ years of successful B2B outside sales or cold outreach experience (experience in facility services, logistics, uniforms, route sales, or commercial real estate is a plus, but not required). Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated closer who enjoys prospecting, networking, and building local relationships across Central Indiana. Strong Communicator: Ability to lead facility walkthroughs, speak knowledgeably with decision-makers, and present value-driven proposals. Local Mobility: Reliable personal transportation for local travel to client sites across the Greater Indianapolis area.
