• Licensed agents, or those actively working toward a license

• No prior real estate experience required

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:

$125,500 - $198,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and opportunities.
• Assist clients in navigating the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual success.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills and market knowledge.
• Utilize company-provided tools and systems to manage client interactions and track progress effectively.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or in the process.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition.

• Familiarity with the San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara real estate market is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success.

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills and market knowledge.

• Comfortable using technology and company-provided tools to manage client interactions and track progress effectively.
