Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients who bring their vehicles in for maintenance or repair. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for communicating with them throughout the repair process.ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and provide excellent customer serviceListen to clients' concerns and accurately document themProvide clients with estimates for repairs and maintenanceCommunicate with clients throughout the repair process, providing updates and answering questionsCoordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairsEnsure that clients are satisfied with the service they receiveHandle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate records of client interactions and repairsStay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologiesHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in customer service or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work well in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applicationsValid driver's license #J-18808-Ljbffr
