In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.Current client needs:Weekend availability between 8:00am-5:00pmKenmore: Monday- Friday: 8:00am-5:00pmIssaquah: Tues-Thursday: 10:00am-7:30pmBlack Diamond: Monday- Fri: 10am-2pmCurrent hiring areas: Des Moines, Auburn, Mercer IslandPlus:Comfortable with working fill-in shiftsComfortable working 2-hour shifts and going to more than 1 client's home in a dayMemory care experienceComfortable working with all levels of careComfortable transporting clients in the caregiver's vehicleComfortable with cats and dogs — most of our clients have petsService areas: Renton, Issaquah, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, SeaTac, Burien, and other surrounding areas as needed.Pay rate: $22.50-$23.50 hrWhy Family Resource Home Care?Flexible scheduling. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients.Paid orientation & training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required.Employee rewards & recognition program! Access to online training and continuing education courses.Caregiver job duties:Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesTransporting clients for errands or appointments in your carAssisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfersMonitoring and reporting on their conditionAdditional information:Our hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with.
