Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Business Partner. Key Relationships Reports to: Director – Human Resources, Regional Direct reports: None Shift: Full Time, Monday – Friday; hybrid model (in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Location: Indianapolis, IN The Scope Partnering closely with clinical and operational leaders Supporting evolving workforce needs Relationship building Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence Ensuring system-wide initiatives are implemented effectively Candidate Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required; Master’s Degree preferred 3–5 years of relevant Human Resources experience Experience executing HR programs and initiatives Ability to guide the application of HR-related regulations and laws (e.g., FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint) Experience working in a highly matrixed and complex work environment preferred The “DNA” for Success Confident Advisor: You are comfortable engaging with senior leaders and navigating complex, high‑stakes conversations.
