Experienced Ford Service Manager

Krieger Ford is hiring an experienced Ford Service Manager to lead our Service Department. This is a key leadership position for a proven Ford dealership professional who can develop a strong team, improve department performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is not an entry level management opportunity. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Ford service operations, policies, warranty requirements, financial performance, and dealership standards.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required . Exact daily hours will be discussed during the interview. Closed Sundays.

What You’ll Do

As the Ford Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operation of the Service Department.

• Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
• Manage department profitability, productivity, efficiency, and gross profit
• Monitor CSI and other key performance indicators
• Establish clear expectations and accountability throughout the department
• Ensure compliance with Ford policies, warranty requirements, service programs, and dealership standards
• Oversee repair orders, workflow, warranty processes, and daily service operations
• Manage customer concerns and escalated situations professionally
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain qualified service employees
• Maintain a safe, organized, professional, and customer focused department
• Work closely with Parts, Sales, and dealership leadership
