Client Service Advisor – Wealth Management

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and client focused Client Service Advisor to join our wealth management team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of existing clients, delivering consistent, high-quality service and building trusted long-term relationships. This is primarily a relationship servicing role, you will be responsible for maintaining and deepening an established client base, ensuring every client feels valued and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the day to day contact for an assigned portfolio of existing clients, proactively anticipating and responding to their needs
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess financial goals, life changes, and portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with each client's objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams: including portfolio managers, financial planners, and operations to deliver seamless and cohesive service
• Handle client requests accurately and efficiently, including account maintenance, distributions, transfers, reporting, and documentation
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by introducing relevant products, services, or specialists based on evolving client needs
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date client records in CRM systems, ensuring all interactions and action items are documented
• Monitor client accounts for meaningful changes or life events that may require proactive outreach
• Prepare client reporting, meeting materials, and account summaries as needed
• Ensure all client interactions and activities are conducted in full compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a client facing advisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; Series 65/66 or CFP candidacy a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for client service
• Familiarity with investment products and basic financial planning concepts
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a broad book of relationships efficiently
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard financial services tools
• Commitment to discretion, integrity, and client confidentiality
