Staff Accountant

We're looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team at SandsRx. In this role, you'll play a key part in our day-to-day accounting operations by supporting month-end close, accounts payable, and general ledger activities, while building a strong foundation across finance operations. What You'll Do Support full-cycle month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Process accounts payable by reviewing and coding invoices to help ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time Facilitate vendor onboarding and manage contract and purchase-request intake Assist with year-end audit support and help maintain organized, audit-ready records Look for opportunities to streamline and improve our accounting processes What We're Looking For 1–3 years of accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus) Solid understanding of core accounting principles (US GAAP) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) Experience with accounting systems - QuickBooks Online experience a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Comfort handling routine work while navigating occasional ambiguity Clear written and verbal communication skills A genuine eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, supportive start-up environment #J-18808-Ljbffr SandsRx, LLC
