Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Operator role based in Sonoma, CA. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision valve components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and installing tooling, loading materials, performing machine offsets, and adjusting programs as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency. The role involves inspecting parts throughout the production process, documenting measurements, and collaborating with quality and engineering teams to resolve issues. The CNC Operator will also perform routine machine maintenance, follow all safety and security procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of machining processes. Qualifications CNC and general Machine Operation skills, including setup, programming adjustments, and safe equipment use Machining and Milling skills for producing precision metal components to tight tolerances Quality Control skills, including use of inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) and documentation of results Familiarity with industrial Machinery, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety and quality Prior experience in CNC operation or precision machining; defense or marine manufacturing experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining or manufacturing is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
