Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation: $20.00 per hour with guaranteed automatic $0.50 increases at 60 days and 180 days. Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision plan; 401(k); accrued paid time off starting day1; paid holidays; mileage reimbursement. Work schedule: Full time, Monday‑Friday, 1st shift. Requirements Education: High School Diploma or GED. Driver's license: Valid, unexpired. Qualifications Passion for environmental safety and commitment to protecting the community. Tech enthusiasm: Experience with hands‑on technology is a plus; basic phone and computer use acceptable. Problem‑solving ability to navigate incidents and apply training. Excellent customer service: Professional and responsive face of the company. Strong communication skills for relaying findings. Attention to detail when locating leaks. Physical stamina: Outdoor work, walking 5+ miles per day, endurance, ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and carry up to 20lb of equipment.
