Phlebotomy Site Coordinator
$17.75 - $27.73 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator for its Pompton Lakes, New Jersey location to oversee patient service center operations and perform blood collection procedures. The role involves coordinating staff activities, managing patient flow, and ensuring compliance with laboratory standards while working Monday-Friday with alternate Saturday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee patient service center activities and staffing operations
- Monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels, and productivity metrics
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Process specimens, conduct data entry, and handle billing and payments
- Address customer service issues and report compliance or performance concerns
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience
- In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass color blindness test
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record if applicable
Compensation: $17.75-$27.73/hour
