Sales Development Representative

Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to support your success A supportive, team‑oriented culture where your growth is a priority Stable work/life balance, with an 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM in-office schedule An unpaid lunch break from 12:00-1:00pm and a paid break from 3:00-3:30pm You can use this time as you see fit, but currently there are daily opportunities for ping pong and weekly opportunities to play basketball with the team if you’re into that type of thing. Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) work within a team of growth‑oriented sales professionals to create professional connections and source sales opportunities for our managed IT/network services. The Product Through our managed IT services, WingSwept provides continuous IT/network support and cybersecurity services to small and medium‑sized businesses across a variety of industries throughout NC, Virginia, DC, and Maryland. The Job The Sales Development Representative generates leads and creates new sales opportunities by making connections with executives across the Triangle and DMV areas, exploring what issues, opportunities, and challenges these businesses are experiencing with regard to technology, and setting up discovery meetings with WingSwept's President and/or VP of Sales. The Requirements Highly motivated, focused, organized, and attentive to detail Desire to grow a sales career Desire to be a part of a successful and supportive team Desire to help local SMBs grow and optimize Willing to make a high volume of cold calls and other outreach efforts to make connections with prospects Strong communication skills and people skills Ability to work from our office in Garner, NC 6-12 months or more of outbound sales experience is helpful, but not required (entry-level) If this sounds like a good fit for you, please apply today!
