This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while ensuring a collaborative team environment. As part of our school-based program, you will engage directly with students, teachers, and administrative staff, fostering an integrated approach to mental health support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct mental health therapy and support in both individual and group settings to students dealing with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, developing integrated care plans that ensure access to necessary services.

• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including educators, school administrators, and parents, to facilitate optimal support for each student.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, applying de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions as needed to ensure student safety and well-being.

• Monitor client progress by liaising regularly with education and healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of timely and relevant services.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports to comply with organizational and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing training, peer reviews, and committee activities dedicated to enhancing service delivery and improving agency practices.

• Provide professional guidance and resources to families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and their child's needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, particularly with children and adolescents.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
