Summary A Clinical Team Lead oversees and assists the completion of various administrative and clinical tasks within a medical office. Their main duties include managing employee workflows and addressing any provider’s needs and concerns. Job Responsibilities Enforces office policies and procedures Assists in the hiring and onboard administrative and clinical staff Assists in the supervision, training, and evaluation of administrative and clinical staff Assists with staffing schedules and time off requests Ensures that customer service standards are met Collaborates with office management, nurses, providers, and executives Partners with office and regional managers to meet goals, objectives, and budgets for the office Ensures regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed Uses popular software for electronic medical records (EMR), billing, scheduling, and accurate timekeeping All other duties as directed and assigned Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, company paid life insurance, employee assistance program, and paid time off.
