Our office is partnered with a leading company in Allentown, PA, in their search for a Production Associate. If you’re looking for a stable role with a supportive team and room to grow, this is a great opportunity.

Production Associate Details:

• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:15am
• Pay: Starting Rate $20 ($2 shift differential once converted to perm)
• Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
• Location: Allentown, PA

Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Rack, hang, lift, and remove finished paper and laminated (Vboard) products from production lines
• Accurately count, sort, and package materials according to company and customer specifications
• Inspect products for quality, including proper lamination, structural integrity, and defects
• Prepare skids before machine startup; stack, band, wrap, and stage materials for shipping
• Support machine operators to maintain production flow, including assisting with setup and changeovers
• Handle all materials carefully to ensure quality and prevent damage
• Assist team members and support other departments as needed in a fast-paced environment

Production Associate Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving paper materials
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
