Dragon Pharma Labs is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Escalation Specialist to join our dedicated team remotely. This full-time position based in Opa-locka offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the health and fitness industry by ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

As an Escalation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention, as you collaborate with various teams to enhance our service delivery. Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer inquiries
Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues
Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and potential improvements
Assist in developing training materials for customer service teams
Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of customer service principles
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
