Dragon Pharma Labs is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Escalation Specialist to join our dedicated team remotely. This full-time position based in Opa-locka offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the health and fitness industry by ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
As an Escalation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer inquiries
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and potential improvements
- Assist in developing training materials for customer service teams
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
