Job Description

Lead Complex Plumbing Work in Lee's Summit, MO 64081 Why This Role

Own project delivery from kickoff through closeout with a high bar for craftsmanship.
Be the on-site expert for advanced residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Grow talent by mentoring apprentices and junior technicians.
Safeguard compliance with local codes and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
Diagnose issues, perform inspections, and recommend corrective actions or upgrades.
Coordinate schedules, materials, and labor to hit timelines and budgets.
Communicate progress and findings to clients with clarity and professionalism.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and costs.
Stay current on industry innovations, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications

Missouri Master Plumber license (active).
5+ years’ experience spanning both residential and commercial plumbing.
Ability to read and apply blueprints and technical drawings.
Detail-oriented problem solver with strong troubleshooting aptitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently when needed and lead others effectively.
Physical stamina; able to lift and handle heavy equipment and materials.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
