Event Coordinator – Brentwood, TN (Hybrid), Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate registrations for in-person and virtual events
• Serve as the primary contact for attendee inquiries
• Manage registration records, payments, and confirmations
• Assist with continuing education credits and certificates
• Coordinate hotel accommodations and conference logistics
• Prepare and ship event materials and sponsor items
• Travel to conferences to provide onsite support
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 years of event coordination, event planning, project coordination, or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
• Ability to travel throughout the year and lift 30 pounds

Schedule:

• Hybrid schedule
• First 6 months: Monday–Thursday in office, Fridays remote
• After onboarding: 2 days in office / 3 days remote (based on performance)
