What You'll Do

• Operate cutting, wrapping, and finishing machines

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Package rolls into boxes

• Label, stack, and palletize finished products

• Load materials into machines and monitor production

• Push carts and move products throughout the department

• Complete production paperwork and work orders

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For

✔ Machine operator experience preferred

✔ Manufacturing or production experience

✔ Strong attention to detail and quality

✔ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

✔ Ability to use a tape measure

✔ Comfortable with repetitive work

✔ Able to lift up to 20 lbs and push loaded carts

✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
