About The Role:  

This role focuses on the day-to-day execution and performance optimization across marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok, Macy’s, Walmart, Shop App, and more). You will serve as a liaison with our agency as well as the retailers and our internal teams. You will relentlessly monitor key performance metrics such as shop health, product inventory/availability, customer service, and pricing. You will also dig into GMV and ROI for existing business and evaluate & test new opportunities on each platform. Your goal is to deliver sharp analysis and actionable insights to ensure brand consistency, customer satisfaction, and accelerate sales growth on each channel.

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketplace Management & Execution

• Support the day-to-day management and coordination of Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Macy’s, SalonCentric, Shop App, and other Marketplace activities for Integra Beauty brands (L’ange, OFIR), ensuring brand consistency and timely execution of initiatives.

• Act as a liaison and operational partner between Integra Beauty and external agencies, ensuring alignment across initiatives.

• Ensure full catalog is listed & buyable at all times. Troubleshoot any issues with IT in real time.

• Ensure that Shop Health scores stay at optimal levels, working with CX and Operations to ensure shipments go out on time and customer service complaints are resolved effectively.

• Manage merchandising and promotional activities in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

• Monitor inventory and inventory syncs daily - communicate any risks to relevant parties.

• Track key performance metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV etc) and support reporting on results.

• Monitor competitive insights platforms and share findings with Marketing, Education, and PD.

• Monitor customer reviews & sentiments and share findings with Marketing, Education and PD.

• Execute setup of Marketplace expansion (domestic and international).

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Brand, IT, Customer Service, and Operations:

• Collaborate with CX to optimize fulfillment experience, post-purchase engagement, and customer satisfaction for Marketplace Orders

• Work closely with Marketing and Brand on channel merchandising calendars and marketing placement opportunities.

• Collaborate with Operations on inventory (both shipments into Marketplace Warehouses and 3P Fulfilled by Merchant listings).

• Coordinate cross-functional setup of new accounts domestically and internationally.

Performance & Analytics

• Monitor key TikTok Shop KPIs: GMV, CVR, CTR, ROAS, Refund Rate, AOV, Shop Rank and other key metrics.

• Analyze content and sales performance to identify optimization opportunities and emerging trends.

• Adopt a test-and-learn approach for new marketplace tools, features, and capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce, with direct operational experience.

• Preferred experience in Amazon Seller Central (or Vendor Central) and TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platform.

• Preferred experience with Shopify.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS).

• Ability to perform analysis and apply insights to merchandising and promotional strategies.

• Demonstrated experience managing retailer and/or external agency partnerships

• Exceptional project management skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience).

• High proficiency in catalog management and inventory management

• Prior experience in the beauty, CPG, or wellness industry is preferred.
