Program Director

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the end-to-end success of large-scale technology services programs, combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery leadership. You will own the client relationship at an executive level while ensuring program execution remains aligned, predictable, and high quality. The role requires balancing strategic vision with operational awareness, enabling you to anticipate risks, resolve issues early, and maintain strong delivery health across complex, cross-functional teams. You will lead large distributed teams, shape program direction, and ensure all workstreams contribute to measurable client outcomes. In addition, you will act as a trusted advisor, building confidence through clear communication, strong judgment, and consistent results.
