Admissions & Marketing DirectorAre you a driven long-term care marketing professional who enjoys building relationships, growing census, and getting out into the community? CareCore at Lakeridge is looking for an experienced Admissions & Marketing Director to lead our census development efforts.This is not a desk-only position. We're looking for someone who enjoys being both on-site at the facility and out in the field, meeting with referral partners, strengthening community relationships, and creating new opportunities for growth. If you're motivated by results and have an established understanding of the long-term care referral process, we'd love to talk with you.ResponsibilitiesDrive census growth through strategic marketing and referral developmentManage the admissions process from referral through admissionBuild and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, assisted living communities, and other referral sourcesRepresent the facility at networking events, community meetings, and healthcare partner visitsConduct both on-site and field marketing activities to expand referral networksVerify insurance, obtain pre-certifications, and coordinate timely admissionsCollaborate with the clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth resident transitionsMaintain accurate referral tracking and admissions reportingQualificationsPrevious Admissions, Marketing, or Business Development experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting is requiredEstablished community relationships and referral network preferredStrong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed CareExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar EMR systems preferredExcellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable spending time both in the facility and in the community developing new businessBenefitsCompetitive compensation and commission structureHealth, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Holidays401(k) with Company MatchSupportive leadership teamOpportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and success of the facilityIf you're an experienced long-term care marketing professional looking for a role where you can build relationships, grow census, and make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
