Body Shop Technician – Martin Automotive Group We are looking for a Body Shop Technician to join our team at our Collision Center of Nashville location. Responsibilities Determine and repair damaged parts Communicate the status of repairs clearly to the Body Shop Manager Communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary parts Document all repairs performed Document all materials used Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly manner Follow all company safety procedures Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Past experience required Completion of a vocational program preferred, but not required Able to work in a fast‑paced environment Good communication skills Good organizational skills Clean and valid driver’s license Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) Paid holidays Weekly paychecks The President’s Club is an exclusive program for our top Body Shop technicians.
