Supervisory Program Analyst

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Acq Demo Business and Technical Management to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. The position(s) covered by this vacancy announcement is in the Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo). As a Supervisory Program Analyst at the NH-0343-04 broadband level, some of your typical work assignments may include:

• Lead, manage, and advise on critical acquisition processes and requirements across the missile defense systems.
• Provide leadership and management to develop successful program planning, budget development, risk management, integrated logistics, and operational policies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the integration of risk, technical baselines, and business practices.
• Ensure program execution aligns with statutory and regulatory obligations and flows through agency/service policies to support warfighters. Lead and support program baseline reviews.
• Compare actual developments against approved plans to identify problems, execute baseline remedial/preventive actions, and recommend courses of action to keep programs on track to meet the mission.
• Direct, develop, and coordinate contract requirements packages (CRPs) to translate ongoing engineering requirements into artifacts for requests for proposals. Execute inter-agency acquisitions and support the review of services.
• Supervise a multi-functional team and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
• Develop responses to requests for information from MDA/Army, OSW stakeholders, Congress, warfighters, and the GAO.
• Conduct special studies to determine future strategies, propose organizational realignments, and stimulate the development of improved policies, methodologies, and agile solutions across the MDS.
