We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of our industry through hands-on training, with an emphasis on document preparation, court research, records management, and client service. Key Responsibilities Following completion of training, responsibilities will include: - Prepare and file basic state corporate documents. - Research, file, and retrieve documents from county courts, state courts, and government offices. - Conduct court and public records research. - Provide pricing quotes to clients. - Communicate new and existing services to current clients. - Maintain accurate files, records, and documentation. - Support daily office operations and administrative functions. - Communicate professionally with clients and team members while ensuring deadlines are met. Qualifications and Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications: Strong keyboarding and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
