Prepare estimates for customers and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines. Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best customer experience. Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process. Coordinate with technicians to confirm that all aspects of the damages are identified. Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards. Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery to the customer. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license required. Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in person. Prior collision estimating experience preferred. Familiarity with estimating systems; CCC1 preferred. I-CAR / ASE certification preferred. Strong organizational skills. Successful completion of background check required. Physical & Environmental Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and communicate orally. The employee frequently needs to stand, sit, and walk, sometimes for long periods. The employee may occasionally have to reach with hands, arms and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must also assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.
