Location: Casper, WY

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: 12‑hour shifts | 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on)

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

About the Role

We’re hiring Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Casper, Wyoming. In this role, you’ll help produce high‑quality conduit products used in critical infrastructure projects across the country. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy hands‑on work, operating machinery, and being part of a safety‑focused team.

What You’ll Do

• Operate downstream production equipment such as cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machines
• Monitor product quality to ensure it meets Dura‑Line specifications
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Assist with line changeovers and machine setup
• Follow all safety rules and keep your work area clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and teammates

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule (including every other weekend)
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Manufacturing or mechanical experience is a plus—but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casper, WY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
