Maintenance Technician – Direct Employment- Multiple Shifts(1st . 2nd. and 3rd shift)

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a modern, highly automated manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills who wants to grow into electrical and automation work.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment to keep production running
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and gear systems
• Support PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment (training provided)
• Assist with basic electrical repairs and diagnostics
• Maintain and service high-pressure boiler systems
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
• Perform light welding and fabrication as needed
• Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Mechanic, or similar role
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic electrical knowledge (willingness to learn more)
• Exposure to PLCs, conveyors, or automated equipment
• Ability to work 2nd shift and every other Saturday

Preferred (Not Required)

• 2B Boiler License
• Welding or fabrication experience
• Experience in a highly automated manufacturing facility
• Electrical maintenance experience

Pay & Benefits

• Monthly bonus: 15%–21% of monthly earnings
• Typically adds $1,000–$2,000+ per month
• Equivalent to +$5–$10/hour on top of base pay
