Job Description

Cintas is hiring a Learning Coordinator to coordinate the development and delivery of Design Collective seminars and assist the Training Manager in coordination of projects as assigned. This position will be responsible for work scheduling and documentation; creating updating and transitioning training to other formats; presentation and document preparation; collecting training needs; training department correspondence and delivering training content.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• 1+ years' office/customer service experience
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Preferred

• 2+ years' business-to-business account support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Experience with proofreading and editing documents.
• Previous training experience.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $23.38 - $29.43/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
